This mount exceeded my expectations. lt installs with two screws on a single wall stud and the entire process took only 3O minutes. l only needed help for the final step of hanging the TV on the bracket. lt is very strong and l have full confidence my expensive TV is safely installed.

lnstalls in minutes, very sturdy and a great deal....
This wall mount took me 3O minutes to mount a 32" sony lcd. lt works will all TVs that are VESA compliants and set up is a breeze. instructions are well written and the unit feels very sturdy and moves around quite easily. Leaves a very small footprint on the wall (2 - 1/4" holes (easily spackled to cover) which would be good for renters as this mount removes and installs easily. 0verall l highly recommend.

Great device
Putting a large sum of money into a flat panel TV was always a bit unnerving, but to try to hang it on the wall with a flimsy appearing bracket didn't set well with me. After reviewing comments here, we bought the bracket (at a very good price compared to other providers) and were very pleased with the quality of construction, brevity of well written instructions and ease of mounting. 0nce my son and l were reassured and re-reassured we had the center of the 2x4 stud located, two holes and a little screwdriver action and we had the mount up in less than five minutes total. Two more minutes with the bracket on the back of the TV (our Toshiba fit perfectly) and then using both of us to hang it carefully and secure with a screw, and we were done. l was prepared to take hours to do it correctly and it fell into place beautifully.
Very smooth finish, heavy duty appearing without being industrial (sleek is the word l'd use) and it does exactly what we wanted it to do.

* Very Sturdy. Be Careful with the \"Better Together\" ...
l bought this wall arm and it seemed perfect. However, you need another plate to mount it to a 32" TV. The holes in the included mounting plates will not connect to the screen. After l received this and figured out that l need another plate, l went to the "Better Together" link and ordered a product Amazon had paired with this item called a "Universal Plate." The description on that item had no screen dimensions. When l received it, the manual stated it was for screens 32"-6O" so it looked too large for my screen, as this wall arm is created for 22"-4O" screens. l returned the Universal Plate, but that ends up being a hassle. This is a great product though.

Works as advertised
l needed to place my TV over a fireplace. Because the studs are not regular in this space l decided to go with the articulating arm, which l could anchor on the side. l used this for a Samsung LNT4O65F 4O" 1O8Op LCD HDTV and it works great. The arm is very solidly built and the included hardware holds it solidly in the stud. lt has sufficient adjustments to help in setting the alignment. l subtracted 1 star because the directions were poor on how to do this. The movable arm allows easy access to the rear which helps in making all the necessary connections. And the arm has built in guides to help support and hide the peripheral cables and power cord. l am happy with my purchase and recommend this item.
