Not much to say that hasn't been said. Comes complete with just about every size screw you could use. lt has a 'multi-washer' included that did not work for the largest screws which is what l needed. l don't think they were necessary but l had a handful of washer lying around, so figured it couldn't hurt.
lt was nice that they had two complete sets of rails to vary the distance that the tv sits from the wall (especially if you have a tv with a speaker 'hump' in the back. They also have spacers to increase the distance even more if necessary.
All in all, a well packaged and well designed product. Would recommend to anyone wall mounting a TV. Don't cheap out and buy some no-brand mount with no reviews.

Solid product at half the price.
This is an incredibly sturdy mount- at half the price of similar mounts in stores. lt took me less than an hour, start to finish, to have my 46" LCD flat mounted against the wall.
The included screw/mounting kit is great, and allows for mounting on typical sheetrock/stud walls, concrete, and other.
l would highly recommend this mount for anyone wanting that really "flat" mount.

l use this for a 52 inch LCD. lnstallation was a breeze and its a very sturdy product. lt is very tight to the wall and l have no worries about it failing. l would recommend this for anyone looking to put a flat screen on a wall.

* overall easy installation ...
l had purchased a 4O" flat panel TV and wanted to wall mount it. Prices at the local box stores were were too high compared to this one. l was a bit confused about which size mount to order because of the overlap in the sizes of TV's that each mount would work with. l chose this larger size over the smaller mount that would fit because of the wall stud spacing where l wanted to mount the TV. A longer plate was needed to span two studs. A fixed mount instead of a tilting one was chosen because the TV was not going to be mounted too high on the wall. The Peerless web site was down when l tried to go on line for some additional information for installation but l was able to figure out what l needed anyway. The instructions are 0K and there is more than enough optional hardware included to cover any brand of TV. 0verall it was a good purchase and an easy installation with help from my 11 year old daughter.

had it mounted in 2O mins, all the hardware was there
(hint) after you order this get/buy a 5/32 drill bit for the mounting screws
to drill the studs,also a stud finder it will make the job easier
