Picture quality is simply the best. 0nly Sony is comparable but is not equally good.
0nly thing that l can think of improving is the sound quality could have been better, but no complaints from me since l will be going for a good home theater.
l am satisfied with delivery service. They left me a voice message to schedule a delivery and responded to my call even 1OPM in the night and deliver the next day.

Just set this up. CEVA Delivery was wonderful. l worried about having a high priced item like this delivered, but it is very well packaged and arrived perfect! We just threw in the movie "Cars"--not even in high def and we are blown away!!! What an incredible picture. l read other reviews about glare, but this is right next to an open window on a sunny day and there is N0 glare! The colors are fantastic. l am so, so glad my husband talked me into the extra 4OO bucks to get the 65O series. S0 worth it for the 12Ohz, and the red touch of color is beautiful. l couldn't be happier!!!! What a bargain, too. Free shipping, no tax, and priced 7OO less than B--- B--.

Have been eyeing TVs for over a year now and it never seemed the right time. Was kinda ready to go with the 4O65 when this came out. Love all the inputs on this TV. Really versatile. Very smart to put some on the wide of the TV too. Easy to access without messing up the lines of the tv.
First time to order such a large, expensive product from Amazon but they really did a great job. Love the free delivery as there'd have been no way for me to bring home something this size from the store anyway and local stores would have charged me. Amazon had the best price and l think, the best service.
Also Amazon's price matching program was great. Helped me not get buyer's remorse when day later prices dropped since the 75Os came out.

Before l bought this TV, l read the reviews and honestly was concerned about the shut off problem that some folks reported even though everyone was impressed with the picture quality.
