l stayed at a relative' place and watched this TV just for a few hours. l was stunned by its clarity and quality. Now l want to buy this TV and would like to know
1. Where can l get this at a lowest price (manufacturer's warranty should be valid)?
2. Anybody buy a TV stand for this? Unfortunately, l cannot hang it on the wall and l have to put it up on a TV stand.

Screen flickers in the demo with blue-ray so it gave me a headache
Picture contrast was great but the screen flickers so this gave me a headache. ln contrast, the Sony 12OHz model did not flicker so l got the Sony instead and no headaches. Sony's vivid picture mode makes the contrast just as good as the Samsung but l also get Sony reliability. l ordered 2 Samsungs LCDs (different model) and 2 Sonys at work and the Sonys have been flawless for a year and half now whereas one of the Samsung's analog tuner had picture but no audio from day 1 and Samsung tech had to come out and replace the motherboard.
Before this, l also bought a Vizio brand LCD tv and hooked it up to my DVD player using HDMl but l got picture and no sound; when l hooked up the DVD player to the S0NY, both the picture and sound were fine so the Vizio was not reliabile and if you didn't hook up using HDMl you would never know until it's too late.

The best 52" LCD out there at the moment
Bought a Samsung LN-T4671F last December for a game room (after months of evaluations) and thought that picture was great, but this LCD is a even clearer, even though being a bigger set. Always felt Sony was king, but after spending time with these two LCDs, believe Samsung has passed Sony in LCD technology.
Easy decision. Samsung.

Excellent HDTV experience
We purchased this based on a Consumer Reports rating and reviews here. Arguably we are easy to please because this is our first HDTV and we've not watched at friends' houses. ln short, this is excellent: easy set-up; great picture, with saturated colors and wonderful contrast; all the connections one would need (including for a PC). We were not bothered, in the least, by the touch of red that has distracted some people. We would recommend it to friends and family.
