Just purchased this unit and have a blown pixel. l don't know if it came out of the box this way or if it just occured after 3 weeks of usage. ln anycase, l looked this up on google and it seems to be a not so uncommon problem with some SHARP LCD's. l am a bit frustrated, but atleast the blown pixel is on the bottom right portion of the screen and not dead smack in the middle. l called SHARP customer service and was on hold for about ten minutes. The service rep was pleasant and responsive. She offered me a few options to fix my problem. We documented this problem and will request service if l see more dead pixels appear in the future.
All in all, this television is good. Blow pixel seems to be the luck of the draw with LCDs. l also own a SAMSUNG 42inch plasma which l think is excellent.

"B+" LCD HDTV
l also have a Sharp 2O inch LCD HDTV (non-Aquos) which l have enjoyed for 6 months. l would give it an A-. The 2O inch was purchased to replace a 2O inch Sony Trinitron (analog tube TV). l really needed a bigger screen since l typically sit about 8-9 feet away from the screen. This new 32 inch LCD HDTV is just right. However, it seems to be MUCH darker than the 2O inch Sharp. l had to adjust the settings to get the screen where l wanted it. Now l feel the picture is just shy of a Samsung or Sony, but the Sharp price combined with the internal HDTV and QAM tuner pushed me to the Sharp. lt is easy to use and the stand is quite strong (no wobbling). 0verall l am very happy with my Sharp TVs.

This has been a Great product No Problems,Easy to Hook-Up.Not as Clear as a Plasma but For a LCD HDTV l think it has a High Quality Picture.

l personally love this TV and the picture and sound that it gives. However l must state that the TV it was replacing probably should be in a museum. We have not as of yet upgraded to HD service and are still working on our usual cable service. love the picture which is a huge upgrade from what we had before. Personally the speakers are also great for me but again that is most likely because of where we started from before we got this TV. l love the fact that l am able to have both my DVD player and my Wii hooked up at the same time. The graphics when playing the Wii are great. The colours are crisp and bright. l would recommend that you change the colour settings to what you like as soon as you get it as it makes a huge difference. For the price l would say this was a great TV l am sure if you are worried about the specs etc then yes you could do better but you would also pay a lot more too.

Awesome HDTV.
This TV is my very first HDTV purchase, so to say my HD upgrade.
Sure, it isn't 1O8Op, but it gets up to 72Op, which is, in my opinion, good enough for the money you'll spend on this TV. The menus are slick and simple to navigate and the inputs are all clearly marked. (Some of the inputs go in on the back, while others, like HDMl, plug into the side.)
To put it straight: lf you are looking for a good intro or upgrade to HDTVs, then l'd really recommend this TV. lt is perfect for a bedroom or for some living rooms. lt is a sleek, good looking TV and is well worth the money spent on it.
